Jupiter 2014
2014 is a nice year for Jupiter Observing because of the planet passing from almost the zenith of the Hellenic Sky, having only an 8" Newtonian to work can be verry difficult but also verry good, especially with nights of moderate seeing were bigger telescopes would understand more seeing.
For image asquision I use the 8" Newtonian f/1200mm with λ/16 mirrors by Orion Optics UK with a DMK21au04as camera and the RGB filters of Astronomic, for Ir imaging I use the 807nm filter, the umplification is done through a 5x Powermate.
Also I use the Firecapture software for the image asquision and the Autostakkert for alighn and stack, after that I use Registax for image sharpenning and WinJupos for Derotation and RGB Synthesis.
